Automatic Pouring Machine in Casting Industry
We develop advanced control systems for an automatic pouring machine by which molten metal is poured into a mold. Pouring flow rate control, Falling position control of outflow liquid, teleoperation control with direct flow rate operation and so on have been developed in our laboratory.
Automatic Transfer Control System for Overhead Traveling Crane
We develop an automatic transfer control system for an overhead traveling crane in which the load is transferred precisely to the target position in a short time. In our developed control system, the load can be transferred with avoiding the obstacles and suppressing the vibration.
3-DOF Joystick with Reaction Force Display
We develop 3-degree-of-freedom joystick with displaying the reaction force. The servomotors are installed into the joystick for displaying the reaction force. By applying the joystick to a crane and mobile robot, the user can operate those with avoiding the obstacles and realizing intuitive operation.
Parallel-Two-Wheeled Transporter with Underslung Body
In order to assist transporting safely and efficiently loads in a farmland and construction site, we develop the parallel-two-wheeled transporter with underslung vehicle body. In the transporter, the trasportion with safe and desired operation on uneven terrain can be realized by the leveling control system of the loading platform and power-assist operation system.
Surgical Training Simulator with Force Display
We develop the surgical training simulator which virtualize a chisel operation to hard tissue such as bone and tooth. In this simulator, the user can train with high realistic sensation by integrating the high stiffness force display device and high response force control system.
Assistance System with Force Display for Upper Limb Rehabilitation
For assisting a wiping execise as one of upper limb rehabilitation, we develop the assistace system with adjusting the execise load by force display system. We have realized the advanced assistance system with visualizing the execise results, easy operation and adjusting the execise load.
Training System with Virtual Reality Technology for Machine Operation
Skilled operators are required to operate mechanical system such as a crane. However, it is difficult to train safely and efficiently the machine operation in practical site. We develop the virtual training simulator for acquiring safely and efficiently the machine operation skills.
